Returns & exchanges

To ensure you receive a product that meets your expectations, we thoroughly inspect all orders before shipping. As a result, all sales are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. However, if you discover a manufacturing defect upon receiving your product, please contact us at hello@goodplaydays.com within 7 days. We will do our best to assist you based on the terms outlined below:

  • We will attempt to provide a one-for-one exchange for the same item if a manufacturing defect is found. Please provide proof of purchase, photos, and video evidence clearly showing the defect.
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • All sales of discounted items are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.
  • Items damaged during shipping are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we will offer store credit equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item.
  • We reserve the right to reject any item that does not comply with the above terms.

This exchange policy applies only to orders shipped within Singapore. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.

 

I have received an incorrect order. What should I do?

We apologise for the mistake and inconvenience caused. Please notify us at hello@goodplaydays.com by quoting your invoice number, your name and the incorrect merchandise with accompanying photo received within 24 hours of receipt.

Please do not return the incorrect merchandise without first informing us. If the item(s) you want is/are unavailable, we will refund you the full amount.
